Signature Broadbeach is designed with the Gold Coast lifestyle at its heart. The latest offering from Little Projects is all about location and capturing the experience of beachside living. Signature, at 12-18 Philip Ave, Broadbeach will feature 263 apartments across 35 levels. Designed in collaboration with architects Rothelowman, each apartment is oriented to capture ocean views.

The SJB Interiors team has brought their expertise to the project – the interiors offer a sumptuous mix of relaxed coastal living and elegant sophistication with the natural stone and marble finishes throughout.
Exclusively for residents, The Deck includes a 50m infinity edge pool, a resident’s lounge and dining room, an outdoor barbecue and teppanyaki grill area with casual dining, cinema and gymnasium. A sauna, steam room and spa complete the resident amenity. There will be an on-site cafe.
“In addition to providing superior quality spaces, Little Projects developments are all about lifestyle and how people live” Mr Pyke said.
Signature residences will be released to the market today and start rom $475,000 for one-bedroom, $620,000 for two-bedroom and $1.6m for three-bedroom.

As we prepare for completion of Signature Broadbeach, the development team has been working closely with Icon and ULTIQA to provide you with your apartment as soon as possible.
Icon have reported making good progress on-site over the last month and if progress continues on program, we are expecting to call for settlement for the majority of the units in Levels 5-33 the week beginning 21st November 2022, with settlements to occur 14 days later.

We are writing to provide an update on the impending completion and settlement of Signature Broadbeach.
Whilst our previous communications indicated a late October completion date, we unfortunately have recently been advised by Icon that there will be a slight delay in completion, and we are now expecting to call for settlements in mid November for Levels 5 – 33 and late November to early December for Levels 34 and 35.
